We Won a Golden Hammer Award

We were excited to find out that Karnage Construction won our 3rd Golden Hammer Award from Historic Richmond and Storefront for Community Design. We missed the event on October 30th. Mo was out of town at the National Trust for Historic Preservation Past Forward 24 Conference in New Orleans.

We, along with Mitch Danese, our friend and landlord of our sister company By Any Beans Necessary, won Best Residential Small Scale for 3006 1st Avenue. 3006 1st is next door to our offices and is an awesome historic building.

Like ours, it is mixed use, with an apartment on the 2nd floor and commercial space on the 1st floor.
