By Any Beans Necessary is a new coffee shop and bookstore at 3006 1st Avenue in Highland Park on the Northside. We are very close to opening, but am doing a kickstarter to raise the last of the funds we need to finish the space and stock it to open. We are hosting a free community coffee tasting on November 30th from 4-6ish and overlapping with a friendsgiving potluck dinner from 5-9. And watching Smokey and the Bandit on VHS at 7:30. because nerds. This is a free public event to get input on what brand / coffee roaster to use, and to get folks excited about the space and building community. This event is sober and all ages.
